"Akita" - 2003 16.2h Black Warmblood Mare NEW PRICE
"Akita" has been recently imported from Germany. She has an extremely sweet personality - not mare-ish! She is very calm and easy to ride so would suit an amateur. This mare does it all without blinking an eye - will jump anything you put in front of her and is showing real promise in the dressage ring. Scoring 65% at First Level, she is easy to ride on the flat and picks up the next day right where you left off. This lovely mare has some soundness issues which can be maintained
January 2008 Update:
Akita has now been to her first horse trial, placing 6th. More information on our "news" page....
February 2008:
Akita places 2nd at national dressage show at Training level with a score of 65%.
Spring/Summer 2008:
Akita is in professional training with both a dressage and hunter trainer. New video available.
January 2009:
During a vetting we learned this lovely mare has some soundness issues which can be maintained. We are looking for a good home for this mare. Please contact for price. Price very negotiable to the right home.
